"EDUCATION COMES FIRST" - This saying was drilled into my head as a child and young adult by my parents!! Now, as a parent and employer I have realized the value of a good education is priceless! One of the most important ways we can set our children up to be successful adults is to prepare them for higher education and/or the workforce! I have conducted countless interviews over the years, and a large portion of the young men and women being interviewed are not prepared! The job market is EXTREMELY competitive; WE must ensure that our students have the education, skills and confidence that is required for them to be competitive and successful as they enter the next stage of their life!! I have a passion for helping young people learn and grow into responsible successful adults! In this role I expect you to hold me and the rest of the board members personally responsible to ensure that your children are prepared when they graduate!!
